Anlegget omfatter hovedpumpeledning tilknyttet kommunalt avløpsanlegg samt felles vannledning til og med koplingspunkt til de enkeltes fritidsboligers stikkledning. Årsmøtet kan beslutte at deler av stikkledningene også innlemmes i fellesanlegget. Lagets vedlikeholds - og driftsansvar forutsettes kun å omfatte felles installasjoner. Lokal infrastruktur på den enkelte fritidsbolig, herunder egne stikkledninger m/koblinger, varmekabler, minipumpestasjoner og lignende lokale tiltak, omfattes ikke av lagets drifts- og vedlikeholdsansvar, jfr.§ 11.
