Foreningen skal herunder ivareta følgende: a. Synliggjøre Vest-Norge som en interessant samarbeidspart for andre regioner i Europa. b. Fungere som en "lyttepost" og "åpen dør" mot institusjonene i EU. c. Formidle informasjon om det som skjer i EU/EØS og som er av særlig interesse for medlemmene. d. Identifisere EU/EØS-program og prosjekter av interesse for medlemmene.
