Arrangerer dansekurs, dansefester, dansecamper og dansereiser, basert på frivillighetsarbeid. Alle interesserte kan delta. Vår drivkraft er egen danseglede, og ønsket om at andre skal ha det like morsomt som oss! På fester og arrangementer hos Kom og Dans, er det fokus på danseglede og den positive effekten av at folk i alle aldre og samfunnslag, kan møtes i et trygt og sosialt miljø med hyggelige mennesker.
Stiftelsen Kom og Dans Akershus/Østfold skal fremme utvikling og
utbredelse av aktiviteter som har som mål å styrke de folkelige
danseformene. Stiftelsen skal arbeide for forståelse for folkelig dans
og kommunikasjonsform på tvers av folke- og landegrensene. Stiftelsen
skal søke å gjennomføre kurs, fester, kulturutveksling og andre miljø-
og kulturarrangement hvor folkelig dans og musikk er det sentrale og
bærende innhold.
