Erverv, utvikling og salg av tomtearealer til bolig- og næringsformål,
samt bidra til å løse utbygging av infrastruktur ved forskuttering for
tiltak som har betydning for utvikling av seksapets framtidige
prosjekter. Selskapet skal bidra til måloppnåelse for kommuneplanens
samfunnsdel og arealdel, og skal sammen med eier være en medspiller
for å utvikle Kongsberg.
Å erverve arealer i Kongsberg kommune passende til tomter, gjøre disse
byggeklare og overdra dem til tomtesøkere.
