Stiftelsen har som formål å sikre et bredest mulig tilbud av aktiviteter forbundet med hest, ridning og kjøring til alle befolkningsgrupper i Groruddalen, uavhengig av alder, kjønn, etnisk tilknytning, fysiske og psykiske forutsetninger. Stiftelsen skal vektlegge helsearbeid med hest.
