Foreningen skal arbeide for å gjennomføre følgende aktiviteter med utgangspunkt i sine tilgjengelige ressurser. Det kulturelle arbeidet skal gjøres gjennom språklig, historisk, faglig, sosialt og gjensidig meningsutveksling, foredrag og kurs. Foreningen skal også opprette undervisningstilbud for både morsmål og andre språk med faglig undervisning og tsjetsjensk nasjonal historie, samt undervisningshjelp for barn og voksne i forskjellige temaer.
