står i forbindelse med dette. Selskapet er en del av Sit
Studentsamskipnaden i Gjøvik, Ålesund og Trondheim og skal bidra på
ikke ervervsmessig grunnlag til studentvelferd ved å sørge for et
godt, variert og konkurransedyktig boligtilbud til studenter.
Selskapet har ikke erverv til formål. Selskapet kan bare leie ut
boliger til studenter som tilfredsstiller de kriteriene som er
fastsatt av Sit. Selskapet skal ikke dele ut utbytte. Ved en eventuell
oppløsning av selskapet, skal selskapets midler - etter at selskapets
forpliktelser er dekket - deles ut til formål som bidrar til økt
studentvelferd og/eller et bedre studiemiljø.
Investere i andre selskap, kjøp og salg av aksjer, samt investering i
eiendom og drift av eiendom.
