Foreningens formål er å utøve, fremme og legge til rette for
«strongman». Dette gjelder både trening, arrangering av konkurranser.
Foreningen tar sikte på å opprettholde et høyt nasjonalt nivå innen
«strongman», ved å støtte utøvelse av sporten i Trondheim og region
Trøndelag.
