Operating
Selskapets formål er å tilby egnede bo- og omsorgstilbud for eldre og
seniorer i Rauma kommune og omegn, herunder utleie av leiligheter og
rom på ikke-kommersielle vilkår. Selskapet skal legge til rette for et
godt, trygt og sosialt bomiljø for gruppen. For å leie leilighet eller
rom fra selskapet må leietaker minst fylle 55 år det året
leieforholdet starter. Erverv er ikke en del av selskapets formål.
Selskapet skal ikke ha som siktemål å skape økonomisk overskudd eller
utbytte til aksjonærene. Eventuelt overskudd skal i sin helhet
reinvesteres i virksomheten og benyttes til å fremme selskapets
ideelle formål.
Utleie av leiligheter/rom og det som dertil følger.
