Yte konsulenttjenester og å eie aksjer i andre selskaper og annen
investeringsvirksomhet.
Ved Per Aftreths bortgang skal selskapets midler realiseres og
deretter deles ut til samfunnsnyttige institusjoner og personer etter
styrets beslutning og i samsvar med det styret anser som Afthreths
ønske. styret plikter i så måte å konsultere med testamentsfullbyrder
i Afthreths bo vedrørende aktuelle formål og mottakere.
I den grad det ansees mer hensiktsmessig kan selskapet eventuellt gi
bort eiendeler direkte til allmennyttige formål.
Følgelig skal også selskapets formål ved Afthreths dødsfall endres fra
å yte konsulenttjenester til å foreta utdelinger til utvalgte
samfunnsnyttige institusjoner eller personer. Ikke-statlige frivillige
organsisasjoner (NGO) kan ikke være mottakere.
Investering i verdipapirer, herunder kjøp/ salg/ avkastning. Selskapet
vil også yte konsulenttjenester innen bygg/anlegg.
