(påbegynt i 1865) mellom Lavik og Alværa gjennom å verne om trasè,
omgivelser, natur og miljø samt å sikre en god fremkommelighet på
vegen. Videre arbeide for økt interesse og bruk av vegen i et helse-,
-rekreasjons og trafikksikkerhetsperspektiv.
