Eie og drive montessoribarnehage til det beste for medlemmene og deres
barn. Foretaket skal fremme medlemmenes økonomiske interesser gjennom
deres deltakelse i virksomheten som kjøpere av barnehagetjenester fra
foretaket. Formålet er ikke kapitalavkastning til medlemmene.
Eventuelt årsoverskudd skal godskrives egenkapitalen i foretaket.
Barnehagen skal drives i samsvar med de til enhver tid gjeldende lover
og forskrifter for barnehagevirksomhet.
