Selge konsulenttjenester overfor alle typer bedrifter og
organisasjoner, offentlige og private. Formålet er å støtte disse
til å etablere egen metode og praksis for systematisk kontinuerlig
forbedring av alle sine arbeidsprosesser. Filosofi, metoder og verktøy
er hentet fra lean og kaizen institute. Det betyr støtte til krevende
organisasjonsutvikling gjennom leder- og medarbeiderutvikling.
Selskapet skal tilby kurs og undervisning innenfor lean-filosofien med
metoder og verktøy, ift etablering av en kultur for systematisk
kontinuerlig forbedring i egen organisasjon. Disse kursene vil både
kunne føre til eksamen med sertifisering, men de kan også være
frittstående som kurs for ledergrupper eller
medarbeidere/tillitsvalgte.
