Eie, drifte, utvikle og vedlikeholde nasjonalt anlegg for motorsport,
testanlegg og tilhørende aktiviteter i Notodden. Selskapet skal fremme
regionale motorsportinteresser. Overskuddet av selskapets virksomhet
skal - i sin helhet - ikke deles ut, men anvendes til drift, utvikling
og vedlikehold av motorsportanlegget. Det skal ikke utbetales utbytte
fra selskapet. Ved oppløsning av selskapet skal selskapets anlegg for
idrett og fysisk aktivitet tilfalle virksomhet, som kan søke om
tilskudd, for fortsatt oppfyllelse av det idrettslige formålet.
