forsvar og fremme forsvarsviljen i det norske folk. Bedre
reservebefalets militære kunnskaper og kvalifikasjoner. Styrke
reservebefalets posisjon i samfunnet og verne om dets interesser.
Bevare og fremme det internasjonale reservebefalet samarbeidet gjennom
nordiske og internasjonale lokalforeninger.
