Rørosmat - sammen om matglede på Røros
Rørosmat har skapt et mateventyr på Røros fordi vi er mange som står sammen. Vi skaper verdier ut av ressursene vi har: god mat med smak av fjell, vidde, skog og sjø.
Laget skal arbeide for økt produksjon og omsetning av lokalproduserte
trygge matvarer ved bl.a. Salg, markedsføring og ditribusjon av
produkter fra medlemmene. Utføre andre tjenester medlemmene har behov
for. Holdningsskapende arbeid blant forbrukere, myndigheter,
omsetningsledd og andre.
Formidling av lokalproduserte matvarer. Salgsarbeid og div
konsulentarbeid for medlemmene.
