Drive grunnskole basert på pedagogiske prinsipper utviklet av Maria Montessori, med tilhørende drift av skolefritidsordning (SFO). Foretaket drives på ideelt grunnlag og henter primært sine inntekter gjennom gjeldende støtteordninger fra stat og kommune for drift av privatskole og gjennom foreldrebetaling. Foretaket skal stille egne lokaler til disposisjon for skole drevet av foretaket. Foretaket har arbeidsgiveransvar for ansatte i skole drevet av foretaket. Skolen er en frittstående institusjon som ikke er tilsluttet noe politisk parti, livssyn eller trossamfunn samt fremme medlemmenes interesser gjennom deres deltakelse i virksomheten som leverandører og mottakere av tjenester til foretaket.
