Å eige og drive barnehage til det beste for medlemmane og borna deira.
Barnehagen skal drivast etter dei offentlege føreskrifter og
retningsliner som til ei kvar tid er gjort gjeldande. Føretaket skal
fremje medlemmane sine interesser gjennom deira deltaking i verksemda
som kjøparar av barnehagetenester frå føretaket. Formålet er ikkje
kapitalavkastning til medlemmane. Eventuelt årsoverskot skal
godskrivast eigenkapitalen i føretaket. Driftsoverskot skal fullt og
heilt nyttast til drifta av føretaket.
På beste måte å etablere, eie og drive barnehage i
Herøy kommune for andelshaveres barn. Andelslaget
skal drives i henhold til "Lov om barnehager".
