Kursdrift. Med kursdrift menes formidling av norsk ølkultur gjennom
kurs, sosiale aktiviteter, opplevelser og arrangementer for privat- og
bedriftsmarkedet. Herunder ølsmakinger, ølbrygging, øl og mat i
kombinasjon, vandringer, men også opplæring og utdanning innenfor
fagfeltet. Ølakademiet formidler også kunnskap fra fagfeltene sider,
sake, akevitt og whiskey. Målet er å skape engasjement innenfor norsk
mat- og drikkekultur, og for den som er glad i god mat og drikke.
