Drive felles melkeproduksjon for best mulig rasjonell og økonomisk utnytting av kvotene. Samdrifta vil leie melkekvotene fra hver av deltakerne etter vederlag som blir vedtatt årlig på selskapsmøte. Samdrifta vil også leie dyr til produksjonen. Grovfôrproduksjonen vil foregå for den enkelte deltaker sin regning, og samdrifta vil kjøpe alt grovfôret til en avtalt pris.
