Å skaffe boliger (evt. servicebygg) ved oppføring eller erverv, samt
drift av bolighus for utleie uten eget økonomisk formål. Formålet er
videre å leie ut fortrinnsvis til personer som i en viss livsfase ikke
har inntekter til å kjøpe egen bolig, men senere kan være i stand til
det. Å leie ut bolig til omsorgstrengende personer. Med
omsorgstrengende personer menes personer som har behov for
omsorgsbolig på grunn av alder, funksjonshemming, funksjonsmedsetting
eller sykdom. Kommunen skal tildele boligene i minst 20 år etter at
tilskuddet er utbetalt.
Skaffe bolig for tidsbegrenset utleie utan eige
økonomisk formål.
