Videre viser spelet intrigene mellom Hårek og Grankjell på Dønna om eiendomsretten til Åsværet. Vi følger Hårek og hans familie gjennom 30 år- spelet avsluttes med at Hårek blir drept i Nidaros av Åsmund Grankjellson. Spelet er i 10 akter og er et utendørsspel.
