Norske Redningshunder er en landsomfattende, frivillig, humanitær
redningsorganisasjon. Organisasjonen utdanner hunder og hundeførere
til bruk i redningstjenesten, og organiserer beredskap for disse
ekvipasjene gjennom kontakt med hovedredningssentralene og lokale
politimyndigheter. Norske Redninghunder Dio 08 har sitt virke i Sogn
og Fjordane fylke.
