Forvalte, vedlikeholde og utskifte fellesarealer og fellesfunksjoner
innenfor Sjøparken med alle tekniske innretninger og utstyr,
grøntarealer/beplantning, private veier som ikke driftes av kommunen,
belysning, kabelanlegg, ledningsanlegg, lekeplasser, møteplasser,
renovasjonsområder og fellesinnretninger av enhver art.
Driftsforeningen har også drift, utskiftnings- og vedlikeholdsansvaret
for Fjordstien som går gjennom Sjøparken og ut på moloen, selve
moloen, gangbroer mellom øyene, Agnesbekken og Lillevikstranda.
Forvaltning, vedlikehold og utskifting av fellesarealer og
fellesfunksjoner innenfor prosjektet Sjøparken Stavern som består av
eiendommene gnr 4046, bnr 12 m.fl. i Larvik kommune med påstående
anlegg.
