Utvikle, produsere og markedsføre instrumenter for måling av væske-, gass-, og partikkelstrømmer oppstrøms fra reservoaret og frem til foredlingsanlegg. Etter foredlingsanlegg kan selskapet engasjere seg i målinger knyttet direkte til petroleumsprodukter. På tilsvarende vis kan selskapet engasjere seg i instrumentering for korrosjonsovervåking av rørledninger også her regnet oppstrøms frem til foredlingsanlegg.
Utvikle, produsere og markedsføre instrumenter for alle typer lukkete rørstrømsmålinger beregnet både på et offentlig marked (f.eks. måling av vannfor- bruk) og et bedriftsmarked (f.eks. måling av olje og gass). Teknologisk sett skal selskapet primært være basert på passive, akustiske metoder og alt som er forbundet med dette. I denne sammenheng skal selskapet innen sitt fagområde søke å: Kommersialisere forskning som foregår i Bergensregionen. Tilstrebe å tilby relevant arbeid både til kandidater fra høgre læresteder i regionen og til personell som eventuelt blir overflødig i andre norske instrumenteringsselskaper Selskapet kan eie aksjer i andre selskaper.
