bidrar til at "Klokkergården" blir et kulturelt og sosialt møtested i
bygda. Uteområdene søkes opparbeidet til et parkmessig preg med tanke
på allmennyttig bruk. Selskapet knytter til seg samarbeidspartnere som
etter avtale planlegger og utvikler arealet.
