Operating
Selskapet har et veldedig formål, med å bidra aktivt for å realisere
sosial, juridisk, medisinsk og materiell hjelp til barn som er i
krisesituasjon. For å oppnå formålet, skal selskapet drive med
gaveinnsamling av klær, leker og sko mv, for sortering, gjenbruk og
salg i Norge, og eksport til utlandet. Innsamling skal skje spredt
rundt om i Norge. Selskapet skal ikke skape økonomiske fordeler for
seg selv eller for andre. Et eventuelt overskudd skal ikke deles ut
som utbytte til selskapets aksjonær, men tillegges egenkapitalen for å
realisere selskapets formål.
Bidra aktivt for å hjelpe barn i krisesituasjon. Selskapet skal derfor
drive med gaveinnsamling av klær, sko og leker, gjenbruk og salg i
Norge, og eksport til utlandet.
