Sykehushaugen Velforening er et etablert grøntarealt i vårt boområde.
Velforeningen har opparbeidet stort plenområde, fotballbane
(skøytebane på vinteren) for barn. Det er laget en grillplass med
bålpanne, sittebenker for områdets medlemmer og som kan benyttes av
både skoleklasser evt andre som ønsker å bruke vårt område.
