Fremme de døves interesser. Formålet skal realiseres ved å eie,
forvalte og utvikle eiendommer og lokaler, primært for utleie til
Døvekirken og utleie av tilhørende utleieboliger, kulturlokaler og
møteplasser til tegnspråklige brukere. Selskapet skal videre fremme de
døves interesser gjennom bistand til Døves Menighet Oslo sitt arbeid.
Selskapet skal drives på ideelt og ikke-økonomisk grunnlag, og har
ikke til formål å gi aksjonærene økonomisk utbytte. Eventuelt
overskudd skal utelukkende benyttes til å fremme selskapets ideelle,
kulturelle og samfunnsnyttige formål.
Bebygge festet tomt, Fagerborggaten 10/12 i Oslo,
og drift av de oppførte bygninger.
