Delfinanisere en tunnelforbindelse under Oslofjorden, samt utbygging
av det nødvendige tilstøtende riksvegnett mellom E-6 i Frogn i
Akershus og E-18 i Lier i Buskerud. Selskapet etablerer og
administrere en ordning med kontrollstasjoner og trafikkantbetaling.
Selskapet foretar de nødvendige låneopptak for å sikre
funnfinansiering av tunnel og de tilknyttede vegprosjekter.
