Stiftelsen Vollen Montessoriskole har som formål å drive grunnskole
basert på pedagogiske prinsipper utviklet av Maria Montessori, med
tilhørende drift av skolefritidsordning (SFO). Stiftelsen drives på
ideelt grunnlag og henter primært sine inntekter gjennom gjeldende
støtteordninger fra stat og kommune for drift av friskole og gjennom
foreldrebetaling. Stiftelsen skal stille egnede lokaler til
disposisjon for skole drevet av stiftelsen. Stiftelsen har
arbeidsgiveransvar for ansatte ved Vollen montessoriskole.
