GRIMSTAD CALISTHENICS
Operating
Grimstad Calisthenics har som formål å skape et miljø og interesse for
sporten Calisthenics/egenvektstrening. Treningsformen skal være
gratis, gjennomførbar for alle og samtidig utfordrende for de aller
fleste. Vi ønsker å bidra til et lavterskeltilbud innenfor fysisk
aktivitet, hvor man oppnår mestringsfølelse, bedre kroppskontroll og
bedre fysisk form kun ved hjelp av egen kroppsvekt. I tillegg skal
fokuset være å ha det gøy. Virksomheten vil utøves i Grimstad ute i
friluft foreløpig uten noe bestemt sted. Innledningsvis vil noe av
aktiviteten finne sted i Tufteparken (Åsenparken) i Arendal. Grimstad
Calisthenics vil jobbe for å få opprettet en Tuftepark i Grimstad, da
en slik park er essensiell med tanke på å utvikle et
calisthenicsmiljø.
