Fremme skiskyting og liknende idrett samt alt som måtte stå i
forbindelse med dette. I dette ligger det å legge til rette for et
åpent samarbeid med Norges Skiskytterforbund. Selskapet skal forvaltes
som et «non profit» selskap. Selskapet har ikke erverv til formål, og
skal drives etter et prinsipp om at virksomhetens økonomiske resultat
målt over flere år er i balanse. Selskapet skal ikke utdele utbytte.
Ved en eventuell oppløsning av selskapet skal gjenværende netto
eiendeler tildeles Norges Skiskytterforbund eller en annen
organisasjon som driver med skiskyting.
Drift av skiskytterteam for å fremme sponsorer og skape et grunnlag
for toppidrettsprestasjoner.
