Foreningens formål er å gi ungdommer mellom 14 og 19 år fra
Tøyen-området som er mye ute «på gata» et trygt og morsomt sted å være
der de kan bruke tegning og tegneserier som redskap til å uttrykke og
bearbeide sine erfaringer fra hverdagen, med trygge voksne.
