Å være en godkjent tiltaksarrangør for arbeidsmarkedstiltakene VTA-varig tilrettelagt arbeid, og AFT-arbeidsforberedende trening, i henhold til kravspesifikasjoner fra NAV. Herav settes opp følgende delarbeidsmål: - Skape et trygt og godt arbeidsmiljø med fokus på økt livskvalitet og menneskeverd for bedriftens tiltaksdeltakere. - Bedriften skal dyktiggjøre, samt motivere tiltaksdeltakere til det ordinære arbeidsmarked, videre skolegang etc. - Salg av varer og tjenester produsert i opplæringsperspektiv, for i størst mulig grad finansiere råvarekjøp (selvkost). Dette skal tilrettelegges slik det gir best mulig måloppnåelse for den enkelte tiltaksdeltaker.
Gi arbeide-, undervisning-, og eventuelt fritidstilbud til ungdom og arbeidsløse voksne som ledd i utdannelse, arbeidstrening/syssel- setting og attføringsopplegg etter tilvisning fra og i samarbeide med arbeidsmarkedsetaten, trygde- etaten, undervisningssektoren (grunnskole og videregående skole) og helse- og sosialsektoren. Virksomheten skal basere seg på et tverrsektor- ielt- og interkommunalt samarbeide.
