Undervisning kombinert med høyt idrettslig aktivitetsnivå. Selskapets
virksomhet skal drives i samsvar med den til enhver tid gjeldende
friskoleloven. Styret i NTG-U Asker AS kan inngå avtaler om samarbeid
med andre institusjoner eller foreta annen omorganisering av
virksomheten i den utstrekning dette tjener selskapets formål og
eventuell bruk av virksomhetens midler kommer elevene til gode.
Selskapet har ikke økonomisk gevinst som formål.
Selskapet kan ikke utdele utbytte. NTG-U Asker AS skal sikre en
formålstjenlig utnyttelse av de samlede ressurser i egen virksomhet og
i eventuelle avledede eller tilknyttede virksomheter. Gjennom dette
skal en samtidig ta sikte på å skape best mulige studie- og
arbeidsvilkår til enhver tid for skolens elever og ansatte. Alle
offentlige tilskudd og skolepenger skal komme elevene til gode.

aktivitetsnivå.
