Legene skal på like vilkår inngå i et arbeidsfellesskap i form av
gruppepraksis i allmennmedisin. Praksisen er organisert i et ANS.
Legene har felles ansvar for drift av gruppepraksisen og felles ansvar
for driftsutgifter slik som husleie, utgifter til utstyr og lønn til
ansatte mv. Legene forplikter seg til å drive legegjerningen i samsvar
med gjeldende lover, forskrifter og alminnelig akseptert god
legeskikk. Legene forplikter seg til å holde seg faglig oppdatert og
delta i kvalitetsutvikling av gruppepraksisens virksmhet.
