Skagerak International School, Tønsberg AS har som formål å drive
internasjonal skole i Tønsberg i henhold til Privatskolelova.
Selskapet har ikke økonomisk formål om å skape overskudd for eier.
Prising av skoleplasser skjer til tilnærmet selvkost og tar ikke sikte
på overskudd. Eventuelle overskudd tilbakeføres til selskapets kapital
for anvendelse til å dekke opp for år hvor selskapet har dårligere
inntjening og til å realiseringen av selskapets formål. Selskapet har
ikke anledning til å dele ut utbytte. Ved oppløsning av selskapets
virksomhet skal dets formue overdras til eier som har samme
allmennyttigformål som selskapet og som ikke har økonomisk formål for
eierne.
Å drive internasjonal skole i henhold til Friskolelova i Tønsberg.
