Arbeidet skal preges av frivillighet, demokrati, lojalitet og likeverd. All idrettslig aktivitet skal bygge på grunnverdier som idrettsglede, fellesskap, helse og ærlighet. Aktiviteten som utføres er funksjonell fitness. Hovedprinsippet med fitness er å utføre mest mulig arbeid på kortest mulig tid, gjennom funksjonelle treningsøvelser. Øvelser som olympiske løft. knebøy, markløft, pullups og pushups er eksempler. Klubben skal ha som mål å bedre helsen til sine medlemmer gjennom variert trening med hovedfokus på høyintensitetstrening og styrketrening.
