Foreningen skal virke til at barn får et aktivt og positivt forhold
til levende musikk, inspirere til opprettelse av musikkgrupper for
barn og foreldre, inspirere til et økende tilbud om
musikkarrangementer for barn og foreldre, organisere lederkurs for
slik virksomhet, spre kjennskap til musikkens betydning som
kommunikasjonsmiddel i livets begynnelse og senere.
