Skaffe domfelte ordinært arbeid med ordinær lønn. Videre inkluderer
formålet aktiviteter som proaktivt støtter og er naturlig knyttet til
hovedformålet. Dette arbeidet skal, så langt det er mulig, påbegynnes
i straffegjennomføringsperioden og være på plass før endt
straffegjennomføring slik at man unngår glippsonen ved løslatelsen.
Selskapet har et ideelt formål, er non-profitt, og det vil derfor ikke
bli betalt utbytte til eierne. Overskudd og formue skal brukes i
samsvar med hovedformålet til stiftelsen og utdeling skal skje til
frivillig virksomhet. Ved opphør av virksomheten tilfaller kapital i
selskapet stiftelsen eller et ideelt formål.
Sosialt entreprenørskap med hovedvekt på bistand og rådgivning innen
kriminalomsorgen.
