Denne vil være den samme som hovedtrender i senterklubben. Utarbeide handlingsplan/ aktivitetsplan for regionen og klubbene i regionen. Sørge for trenerteam med minimum trener 2 kompetanse. Avlegge standardisert rapport til NTF hvert år.
