1. Å samle beboerne i Mausund til felles innsats for et bedre sosialt
og fysisk miljø.
2. Å ta opp og drøfte problemer av felles interesse.
3. Beboernes talerør i den grad medlemmene finner det ønskelig.
4. Å hjelpe eller formidle hjelp til den enkelte beboer i spørsmål som
naturlig hører hjemme i en velforenings virke.
