for barna og medlemmene. Foretaket skal fremme medlemmenes økonomiske
interesser gjennom deres deltakelse i virksomheten som kjøpere av
barnehagetjenester fra foretaket. Formålet er ikke kapitalavkastning
til medlemmene, da avkastningen blir stående i virksomheten.
Barnehagen skal drives i samsvar med de til enhver gjeldende lover og
forskrifter for barnehagevirksomhet.
