Forside - Nordfjord Havn
Nordfjord Havn IKS administrerer sjøareal på vegne av 4 kommuner i Nordfjord – Vågsøy, Selje, Gloppen og Stryn.
Nordfjord Havn IKS er opprettet for å samordne, planlegge, drifte og
utvikle havnevirksomheten på vegne av eierkommunene. Nordfjord Havn
IKS skal bidra til et samlet, kostnadseffektivt og konkurransedyktig
havnetilbud i regionen. Havneanlegg og arealer skal disponeres med
sikte på en best mulig ressursutnyttelse.
Dersom havnen går med overskudd, skal overskuddet benyttes til å
realisere havneformål. Det skal ikke foretas utdeling fra Nordfjord
Havn IKS.
Nordfjord Havn IKS skal ivareta de administrative og
forvaltningsmessige oppgaver som ligger til de samarbeidende kommunene
etter havne- og farvannsloven.
Nordfjord Havn IKS kan etablere eierskap i annen havnetilknyttet
virksomhet dersom dette er hensiktsmessig og til fordel for de
samarbeidende kommunene.
Interkommunalt hamnesamarbeid, skal foreta innkreving av kai og
anløpsavgifter knyttet til de samarbedende kommuner. I tillegg har
overoppsynet med de kommunale kaier, vedlikehold og utbygging.
