Operating
Foreningen skal drive samfunnshus i Haltdalen for å gi folk høvelige
fest- og møtelokaler og å gi skuespillere og andre opptredende best
mulig vilkår. Samfunnshuset skal være et kultursentrum for bygda, og
skal stå åpent for alle organisasjoner med lovlige formål. Ingen
organisasjoner må bli utestengt på grunn av sitt religiøse eller
politiske program.
