Å drive barnehage og det som naturlig hører til. Barnehagen skal søke
å sikre barna gode utviklings- og aktivitetsmuligheter i nært
samarbeid med barnets hjem. Barnehagen legger vekt på nær tilknytning
til gården og naturen med fokus på å utvikle barnas selvfølelse,
verdsette barndommens egenverdi, fri lek, friluftsliv og
naturopplevelser, stell av husdyr, drift av økologisk kjøkkenhage,
sang, musikk og andre kreative uttrykk, eventyr og fortelling, verdier
i kristen og humanistisk tradisjon.
