Drive grunnskole basert på pedagogiske prinsipper utviklet av Maria
Montessori, med muligheter for tilhørende drift av skolefritidsordning
(SFO). Foretaket drives på ideelt grunnlag, og henter primært sine
inntekter gjennom gjeldende støtteordninger fra stat og kommune for
drift av privatskole og eventuelt gjennom foreldrebetaling. Foretaket
skal stille egnede lokaler til disposisjon for skole drevet av
foretaket. Foretaket har arbeidsgiveransvar for ansatte i skole drevet
av foretaket. Skolen er en frittstående institusjon som ikke er
tilsluttet noe politisk parti, livssyn eller trossamfunn. Foretaket
har til formål å fremmme medlemmenes interesser gjennom deres
deltakelse i virksomheten som leverandører og mottakere av tjenester
til foretaket. Virksomhetens avkastning blir stående i virksomheten.
