Holdingselskap med formål å gi en base for drift av ideer og patenter
som skal utvikles i datterselskaper. Overskudd skal reinvesteres og
hjelpe datterselskaper dersom nødvendig eller tas ut som utbytte for
eier(e) dersom økonomisk forsvarlig samt andre tjenester og produkter
som naturlig faller sammen med dette, herunder å delta i andre
