Selskapet ble stiftet 7.7.2004 og er organisert som et aksjeselskap med hovedsete i Bergen. Selskapet har i dag nær 100 biler og busser knyttet opp til sin drift og er en av Bergens ledende aktører innen feltet persontransport.
Drosjebiltransport, utøve taxivirksomhet, drift av taxisentral,
formidle turer, samt persontransport med egne og eksterne vogner.
Salgsvirksomhet som følger virksomheten naturlig, herunder utleie av
bil og buss og salg av kjøretøy.
